Buyers. Sellers. Relocators. Investors.
We are each experts in the field and, as such, are members of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Board of Realtors, Greater Portland Board of Realtors, and the Maine Multiple Listing Service.
We have worked with people moving to Maine from outside of the state and country as well as local residents to help them navigate getting settled in Maine. We work as a team with knowledgeable lenders, title/closing companies and insurance agencies to help make your transition smooth.
I have been a Realtor since 2004 successfully selling real estate in Portland, South Portland, and our surrounding communities. At the Portland Maine Living Group, home, life, and art come together in a way that makes buying or selling a home comfortable and relaxed. You can feel confident that as a broker with experience pricing, marketing and negotiating home purchases and sales, I will develop a plan for you that will ensure that you reach your goals.
My education and credentials include holding an MBA from Simmons College in Boston. My second passion after real estate is art. I am Director of the Society for East End Arts and past Board member for the Maine Crafts Association. I have attended Haystack Mountain and Penland School of Crafts. I enjoy print making and designing jewelry with glass beads that I have made using a torch.
Being involved and giving back to my community is a top priority for me. I am a founder of Friends of the Eastern Promenade as well as the Society for East End Arts. I am past President of the Munjoy Hill Neighborhood Organization and past Treasurer for the Portland Arts & Cultural Alliance. I have lived in South Portland, Scarborough, and Gorham and currently reside on Munjoy Hill on the Portland Peninsula.
In addition to my passion for real estate, I bring a broad range of work/life experience to you. I am committed to working tirelessly for you—whether you are a buyer or a seller–to meet your goals. With an emphasis on personal relationships, I make it a priority to fully understand your real estate needs and to make the process of buying or selling your home a successful experience.
I moved to Portland in 1979, first living in Portland’s West End and currently living on Munjoy Hill. Over the past 37+ years I have enjoyed watching the city grow and evolve into the dynamic city of today – a wonderful place to live, to raise a family, to work and to enjoy a rich quality of life.
Being involved with my community has always been important to me. I have served on the boards of the Munjoy Hill Neighborhood Organization, Friends of the Eastern Prom, Friends of the St. Lawrence and Kids First. For several years I chaired the Hidden Gardens of Munjoy Hill Committee. I currently volunteer at the Friends School of Portland and with the Campaign for Justice.
My current interests include music, gardening, writing, reading, knitting and cooking. I have three adult children and one grandchild.
